By booking any of my personal styling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline both your rights and responsibilities, as well as mine. Please review them carefully to ensure complete understanding.

Scope of Services

I offer personalized styling services tailored to meet your unique wardrobe needs, available both online and offline as follows:

• Wardrobe Audit

• A wardrobe review, closet organization, and stylish outfit creation using your existing clothing items. This service is available in person only.

• Style Guide

• A style guide featuring color analysis, body shape analysis, a mood board for style inspiration, and personalized style recommendations. This service is delivered online.

• Shopping List

• A curated list of recommended clothing items, accessories, and outfit ideas tailored to your style, including purchase options. This service is provided online.

• Special Event Outfit

• A curated outfit with accessories for any special event, designed to fit your unique style and occasion. This service is provided online.

  Booking and Payment Terms

• Full payment is required when booking to confirm your appointment for any service.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash during the Wardrobe Audit.

  Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment or online service starts. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule in-person or online appointments with at least 7 days' notice without penalty. I will do my best to accommodate your new schedule, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Cancellations or reschedules outside these timeframes may incur a fee of 50%.

  Client Responsibilities

• For in-person services, you agree to provide a clean, accessible, and safe environment for wardrobe audits.

• You agree to provide relevant information, including style preferences, sizes, and specific needs before the service begins. For online services, please also submit full-length and portrait photos, with further requirements outlined separately.

• You are responsible for any purchases made. While I provide styling recommendations, any financial commitments or purchases are your responsibility.

  Limitation of Liability

• I make every effort to offer recommendations that match your style preferences and goals; however, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as style is inherently subjective.

• I am not responsible for issues arising from third-party purchases, including fit, quality, or return policies. Clients should review third-party retailers’ terms before making purchases.

  Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal information, including but not limited to measurements, style preferences, and images, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• By using my services, you consent to my use of anonymized images or testimonials solely for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

  Intellectual Property

• The style guide, shopping list, and all other materials provided as part of my services are my intellectual property. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without permission.

  Changes to Terms and Conditions

• I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on my website, and continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
